I was driving through Bath back to Canada and my service engine light came on. You can imagine my horror. I stopped in to see if I could get a diagnostic on the issue, and the staff was kind, and service oriented. We found the issue, and the peace of mind it saved me was priceless. They didnt charge me and were of the utmost help. Thank you SO much for your great customer service and help. This is indicative of your brand and service. Highly recommended

Had a great experience at this just opened auto zone. I needed my battery replaced and the service tech Dakota was a great help. He even upsold me on parts to help avoid corrosion and applied it for me also. The ladies at the register were also helpful and applied the return credit for my new duralast gold battery. 100% recommend.

Recently bought a battery at Auto Zone. Dakota assisted me with the purchase. He was friendly and showed me type of batteries and prices. 3 months later my battery was dead. I returned to the store and found out my warranty had expired a few weeks back. Well Dakota and Derek collaborated on this and i was given a new battery. What could have turned out to be a not so good day turned out to be a good one for me. Great people and great customer service
