Thanks to Emanuel an employee here makes my experience here at autozone a whole lot easier and better. He knows exactly what he's talking about an I really appreciate all his help. I really recommend walking in while he is working he'll he'll you put profoundly.

This store obviously doesn’t care nor respect following their stated business hours displayed on their own door. Within the last month I’ve experienced them already having the doors locked 5-6 min before their official closing time. This is false advertising. If they are going to consistently do this then they should change their official closing time to 9:54PM or 9:55PM. This isn’t fair to those that actually believe their closing time is 10:00PM

This location is a honest and loyal location and has the best customer service available they showed the most compassion out of all the other locations and have trusted warrant. I’m glad me and my family went to this location. As it also showed the most compassion like no other and they enjoy being an awesome Manager, by having empathy and compassion and her name is Lesley Salazar part sales manager.

I bought two sets of u-joints with the boots and and the boots were missing one of the clamps and a u-joint was not in the right spot for the needle bearing both had been opened and returned previously. if a customer returns a part they should send it back to the warehouse no matter to let it be inspected by a professional

James Hernandez helped me out so much today ! Dude had a great vibe and was super patient. My car was having a couple problems and was able to guide me through what to do without feeling rushed or anything. He was also able to install a battery for me and everything went smooth. We need more people like this guy 🙏🏼💯 will be coming back to this location in bell gardens.
