The manager was helpful but a bit short and not very welcoming. Great location but the parking lot was not plowed even though all the parking lots around it were. I had to park at the nearby shopping center and walk over. I didn't want to wait to order windshield wipers from Amazon so I over paid about $30. I can why these stores are becoming obsolete.

Although my own experience wasn’t horrible, what I witnessed blew my mind. I was inside, the store had about 15-20 minutes left until closing. A man came in to exchange something he purchased earlier that day and explained it didn’t fit or whatever the case. The gentleman at the register told him he has to come back tomorrow, he can’t help him with an exchange since they’re closing soon (huh??). The man explained the store is still open and he drove all the way there to do an exchange and the cashier’s response was “well nobody told you to drive all the way over here” excuse me? The man was an older gentleman and the cashier obviously younger, but that is NO WAY to treat a paying customer with a simple request. If you still have to keep the store open for another 15-20 minutes, how can you

My father and I who live down the street went to buy an oil filter. The listed price said 9.99. It rang up as over 17.00. My dad did not have enough cash so he put it on his card. I went back to take a picture of the tag which I showed the manager. He said he could not modify the price. Either way it’s wrong to have it advertised for the listed price and not get it for that.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at AutoZone. I placed an order, paid for it in full, and came to pick it up, only to find out they had given my order to someone else. Instead of owning up to their mistake, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Their attitude was disgusting, and they made no effort to resolve the issue or even apologize for their incompetence. I’m shocked at how little they care about their customers. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else where your money and time will be respected.
