Love the manager at the store his name is Josh. He was excellent awesome customer service skills. He was polite. He was helpful. He helped me with my issue. He took care of me quick and I really appreciate it. Give him a raise! AutoZone is lucky to have him :)

Joshua was very helpful to me and my grandfather today, after a stressful week of my car not starting, he helped with checking my battery and starter, my key fob, and even put in a new battery for me. He was super sweet and nice and helped me feel more at ease. Great experience

Janet provided awesome customer service she want above and beyond.. I have a 2021 Mazda I brought a new battery.. the big square plastic piece that covers the positive side dropped into the engine bay it was trapped in there from the plastic undercarriage guard.... which can cause problems i could not get it out and she got it out for me scraped her arm and got dirty doing it

Had my car battery replaced here and the service was outstanding. Fast, friendly, and extremely professional. Highly recommended — definitely a 5-star experience!
