I stopped at this AutoZone on NC-210 in Benson last Friday, and the service was absolutely outstanding. I needed brakes for my Jeep Compass and had zero issues finding exactly what I needed. The manager was excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I also picked up headlights for my Explorer, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I got the right parts. Everyone in the store was approachable and willing to help. I highly recommend this AutoZone location. If you need assistance, definitely look to the manager or any of the staff—you’ll be in good hands!

tonight i needed help changing my headlight being that it was out . i have absolutely no knowledge about cars whatsoever but both josh’s at this store were so kind and helped get it changed . even thought it took a while both of them made sure to get my light right & also were very nice the entire time as well. i really appreciated them taking the time to do that for me. :)

Every time I go there they are helpful. Battery was checked and found to be in need of a change. Changed battery and checked to make sure alternator and starter were still working well. Kind. Friendly and helpful. Thanks.

Had to stop over this morning after O Reillys staff wouldn’t help me. I needed to replace my rear passenger turn signal however I have 2016 Hyundai and to access the bulb you need to take the entire light out. I am 55 year old and don’t have a clue how to do this and explained that to the gentleman at Autozone. Even though they have a liability that also prevents them from removing the light the gentleman who helped me listened to my dilemma and still helped me. Turns out the bulb was not bad and I instead need a new connector which they do not carry and couldn’t order at the time. The gentleman was kind enough to write the parts number down for me and showed me what to get. Thanks Autozone for going above and beyond to help me.
