After having 5 mechanics work on my Jeep Liberty and young man names Elijah Shoemake found a broken ground wire that was my issue the entire time. He was wonderful the entire time even thought I was not in a good mood he was wonderful.

We just went to O’Reillys in Benton, Ky and after the guy sold us a 300.00 battery and then told us our alternator was bad I started to feel a little confused. We then asked him to return the battery, put the old one back on, and kindly get the car started. He did. We then went to see Landon at Auto Zone in Benton and he and the person working with him tonight took excellent care of us by selling us a better battery at a cheaper cost and then, just so he can give us a for sure answer regarding our alternator, suggested we drive around for about 20 minutes and then come back (note- 8:36 pm and they close at 9) so that when we come back he can accurately check the alternator. Now this situation is a great example of bad customer service (the guy at O’Reillys was rude about all of it) and exc

Well. I must say. This Benton location, has been a great place to get good parts, and I'm great staff willing to help.

Horrible store. Rude salesmen. All around awful & none of the salesmen in there knew what hose clamp pliers were. This is a car parts store, if you do not know about car parts find a different job! If you hate your job and they don’t pay well enough find a different one! But talking to a woman with a child like that is absolutely ridiculous!!
