Jacob the young man who assisted me with my minor headlight issue was a huge assistance to getting me back on the road in a quick manner, his guest warmth skills were excellent and totally made me feel comfortable with using auto zone again.

A buddy of mine and I called and the store promised that they had the part in stock. We arrived at the store 30 minutes later and the employee said they had no such part. We were told we would have to wait until the next day for the part to be shipped from Round Rock. This is unacceptable. We went to a competitor's store and were given the part promptly. This is the kind of behavior that loses customers permanently.

They were very helpful and professional. I went in to get my battery changed. Although I had someone in front of me the process was still pretty quick. I was waiting probably waiting 30 mins and it took the man 5 minutes to install the battery. I’m very pleased with my service and the staff

Jose at Autozone Valley Mills went above and beyond to help me get an alternator for my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. My car was stuck with a dead alternator and my car battery would not charge at all. Thanks to him, I managed to get a shiny brand new alternator that took my 4 hours to replace 😂 Now I'm back on the road as I work on buying a new car before something else breaks.
