I did some traveling this weekend. Frigid temps, wind, and snow. Not the best time to notice how bad my wipers were. Luckily AutoZone was right down the road from my hotel. I know they're just wipers, but the guys were quick to take care of me. And Nick was awesome for going outside in this weather to help a gal out. He took my old ones off and put the new wipers on for me, while my son warmed up in the car. I'm very appreciative of his assistance, and given the continued weather, I won't be as nervous making the trip home. !! THANKS NICK !!!

I just stopped at the Blairsville, PA Auto Zone when I realized i ran out of windshield wiper fluid. Mike waited on me and had Nick fill up my reservoir with windshield wiper fluid. Nick was so nice and showed me where the reservoir was and what color the cap was. Very nice young man.

Arrived at 6:56 Pm after driving 45 mins 1 way to get there to meet locked doors One man stared at me through the glass for 3-4 mins before coming out to say were closed already. They close at 7pm on Sunday, A simple 1 minute return cost me fuel time and aggravation, it appears it was the manager himself that was the one refusing service to me. When I had to come back days later to make the return, he told me his clock said 7 in which I replied mine said 6:56 got met with a " I don't know what to tell ya " Glanced at their computers time and they synched up perfectly with my iPhone so no irregularities there. Was told the money for the return would be on my card in a few hours and it's still not there must be them computers.

Nick and Mike were awesome! I had a leak in my tire, and needed some tools to change it. They let me borrow everything I needed and got me set up to do it. Thank you so much!

Gary is always super helpful when either me or my husband are in the store. Today my husband was sold the wrong size hose at another AutoZone location and he went to Blairsville to return the part and exchange for the correct one. Gary took care of him and he was in and out in under ten minutes with the correct hose. Awesome customer service!
