I came to Auto Zone needing new headlights. The staff - particularly Sarah and JP went above and beyond!! They helped me find what I needed AND helped with the install. I mentioned how dirty the light lenses were and they showed me how to fix that as well. They were extremely helpful and I learned so much. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back for future vehicle needs.

I had a wonderful experience here today. I walked in needing a new battery, and was in and out in 5 minutes. The men working were kind, understanding and helpful. They did not try to upsell me on anything, and even went so far as to show me how to replace my own battery at my request. Cannot thank them enough, and will certainly be going back for any further car needs.

I was test-driving a used car I was seriously considering buying and stopped by AutoZone. Lisa took the time to pull all the diagnostic codes for me right then and there to make sure the car was clean, no check engine lights or hidden issues. After I bought the car and came back the next day for some interior cleaning supplies, Lisa greeted me again and personally walked me through the best products to tackle some stubborn old stains. She really went above and beyond both times. Outstanding customer service!!
