Brought my car in to have my battery changed they put the wrong battery in my car. My car was completely unusable. They did take it to get fixed. It took over two weeks. I was without a car and they have not reimburse me for my rental car I would give them zero stars if possible.

Good luck trying to buy anything when they are too busy checking people's batteries and speaking Spanish. Never shopping here again. Just needed caliper grease

Went in on a Sunday, nobody was in there but me and the two employees who looked at me and looked away. No greeting. I looked around for what I needed and started to head up to the register where I could see nobody standing anymore. Another customer walked in, looked at me, and said "is anybody working?" I heard a loud belch in response from behind the counter and saw one of the employees standing there with a smug look on his face. I put my stuff down, walked out, and went to O'Reilly where they actually greeted me as soon as I walked in the store and helped me find what I needed.

I bought 2 wipers from them, one is 28 14 but I waited for them to help me for 1 hour because the lady working there had freshly done nails and she couldn't put on my wipers.

Store had self checkout but nobody knew about. This is because it's not set up the usual way that self checkout are done. The main issue is that there was a long queue because only one cashier was working, and this cashier never told anybody of the self checkout until another employee came in to inform us. I was surprised if the cashier was happy seeing us in that long queue or what.
