My battery went dead in a parking lot, got a jump, and looked for an auto parts store that sold and installed batteries. Luckily for me this Auto Zone was closest because I received magnificent service there. Thomas P. greeted me as I walked in and proceeded to do everything he could to help me with my dead battery problem. He removed and then installed the battery which happened to be in a difficult location. He worked efficiently with excellent knowledge and friendly conversation. This is now my new auto parts store!
Went to AutoZone this evening looking to replace my truck battery. Thomas quickly greeted me , helped me find the right battery, and even helped swap it out. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service driven! AutoZone has a young valuable employee in this young man. Thank you for your help and great conversation on ways to make our vehicles last longer!

Justin that works here, really did excellent service. Change my battery in the cold. Justin went above and beyond to make sure the job was done. Have any issues with your vehicle highly recommended going to auto zone in broken arrow on Kenosha avenue. Ask for Justin.
I'm leaving a review concerning the next day delivery that AutoZone has. Nothing for this specific store, never had problems here. AutoZone decided to partner with FedEx, the most horrible delivery company, to do next day deliveries of orders. I have placed an order on January 20 for an 02/ oxygen sensor and it got lost in CA. Went ahead and placed a second order for the same item and now FedEx is showing shipping out of TN but the problem is that it hasn't shipped out and the next day delivery was showing February 1 but it's now the 4th with no updates showing it has even left the origin yet. Next day delivery is a scam, better off just continue going into the store itself to buy the parts. AutoZone should get rid of their useless next day delivery. I never got a next day delivery package
