The sales manager was very rude i called this place and told them that I needed it A loner tool which is a service they provide i needed to loan the battery jump box being my car was dead up the street I was told over the phone. This was possible i walked from 4th Ave for the person at the counter to tell me I can't use the battery box unless my car is in the parking lot.Whatever since that makes I wouldn't need it duh. I was trying to Bring my car there to buy a battery. I buy the jump box after asking.Can I purchase this box jump?My car and return the box to buy a battery.I was told yes , as Long as it's not damaged.. the jump box was partially dead, so I charged it overnight. And it would not start my car... the jump box is a Noco Boost Plus 12v 1000A box. Mind you I asked forthe 800A

Needed a battery today 1/12/26. Went on my lunch break. The female cashier was the sweetest person and really helped lighten my stressful day. Mr. Battery Man-Luis C. Installed my battery even interrupting his own lunch break. I truly appreciated it! Best experience compared to my local AutoZone. Will definitely come to this location instead!

I accidentally went to the third closest location. The first location didnt have a tech on hand, to change the battery that I needed to buy. Thank goodness I called before I started heading there to see if they had somebody because my car battery was dead. By the grace of God, I ended up meeting Ms Lela, and she and I bonded immediately and I'm very grateful she was there. She took great care of me and my issue. Everything was seemless. She really knew how to juggle everything and everyone's issue. I will drive back to her store every time bc I trust her and her staff. I will definitely be a returning customer. 🥰

I bought two cars and that I am restoring. Since it's so close to me, I buy something from the store almost every day. Whenever I ask the staff something, they tell me to go check the shelves. I even asked the guy at the commercial checkout counter one time if I could ask him something, and his response was, "Are you a commercial customer?" All the staff, except for the female employee who works on weekends, are rude. If you have to buy something, I recommend using the self-checkout counter.

Im always satisfied with the way that Luis serves me. He's very helpful and he works in a way a manager is supposed to. I will come back anytime and Im gonna recommend people to come here to buy any accesoories for their car.
