Great service, call about a lawn battery and was told cannot look it up, but they did have lawn batteries... person did not bother to walk that mile distance to see if the needed battery was in stock... Last time I call or stop by.... that's how you lose business and the store get closed. Good luck.

excellent customer service. Attentive workers. Helped me solve my problems. They test batteries here. They’ll test your car with the machine as well. They’ll help you replace windshield wipers. It’s wheelchair accessible. It’s a busy store with lots of people so be patient for the people that work there.They’re trying to help each person Get the correct part. The strip mall is packed with everything from food grocery store FedEx place bar Trulieve, a bell’s a nutrition store and a gym.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this AutoZone. My mom went in to get her check engine light scanned, something AutoZone advertises as a free service. Instead of helping her, the clerk told her the manager was in the restroom and that she would have to wait 20–30 minutes. When my mom said she was willing to wait, the clerk rudely told her to “just leave and go to O’Reilly’s.” I called the manager directly, and his response was unbelievable. He said he couldn’t do anything because he was in the restroom and couldn’t “validate” what happened. When I suggested he check the cameras, he admitted there were no cameras in the store—then added that if he had cameras, he wouldn’t “have half the problems at the front desk.” That in itself is a huge red flag for customer safety and ac

I came to visit my son and Brooksville from Orlando. On my way going home. I realize that my headlight was out. I stopped at the closest AutoZone, where Connar Was so gracious and not only replaced the one lightbulb, but replaced the second one as well. At no extra charge. He was so nice such a gentleman and lighthearted. This is the best experience I’ve ever had at AutoZone. Blessed to be a blessing.

So helpful. Went in to get a new bulb for my tail light, Tyler went above and beyond even helping me to install it and replace the other for consistency in brightness. I’m pretty sure he is one of the kindest humans on earth. Thank you!!!
