I came in with a check engine light - was nervous because I have an older car. Not only did Tyrus check the code right there and then, he gave me a print out of the issue. To my surprise, he offered to change the air filter - that was causing the issue - for the cost of the part. He and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and went well beyond customer service. Would recommend highly!

Mike the manager went above and beyond for me yesterday! My parked car suffered a hit and run destroying my driver's side mirror. Mike took his time and fashioned a solution to get me safely home...50 miles away! That is unparalleled service. I am so grateful thank you Mike! This is by far the best experience I've had in any auto parts store!

My car battery died two days ago, I jumped it up and drove to AutoZone and I had Mike help me to buy a new one after he checked it out. It was under warranty so he replaced and installed the battery for me at no charge. What a great service mike did he saved me about $300 I highly recommend this place

I would like to thank Tyrus Minter who helped me today find the correct windshield wipers for my Tiguan and he happily installed them for me. Very appreciative. He even threw in free windshield wiper fluid. I will return and recommend them. Outstanding!
