Absolutely rude. I don’t normally leave reviews but I am so dumbfounded by how I was treated. That I even called the district manager who doesn’t even call you back. Which I was advised to do by a different location. They talk to you like you’re stupid and know nothing about cars. I ended up going to a different autozone and was able to get help. They too were even confused on why I was treated the way they treated me.
I've been to this location 3 times. Every single time I've had a bad experience. They are absolutely rude here.
An employee came out into the cold and helped me put on my new windshield wipers I couldnt figure out.
I came in to get a simple crush washer for an oil change. I was the only customer in the store at the time and there were three people working. They were talking to each other, gossipping, and completely ignored me when I asked for help finding this common item. Long story short I just walked out and went across the street to O'Reilly's where I found my part quickly and was in and out in no time. I will never go to this AutoZone again after this experience. Very unprofessional.
