I would recommend this store highly. The manager‘s name was Melissa unfortunately I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name that helped me. He was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. He installed the battery for me and kept testing my alternator to help me figure out what the problem was. He was kind and very courteous. I wish there were more employees like this gentleman was. It was just very refreshing to see somebody go 150% to help somebody. I wouldn’t think that it would be too hard to figure out what the gentleman‘s name was. It was Monday, October 6, 2025 around 5:30 PM when I went in thank you so much I appreciate you..

On one of the coldest days we've had yet this winter, it was a real bummer to realize that overnight my car had become what kids call a "padiddle." I stopped at Autozone and came away VERY grateful to assistant manager Jamie for helping not only identify the right kind of headlight bulb, but also kindly assisting with installing it (kinda tricky, but she had just the right tools). THANK YOU!! I'll definitely be returning to Autozone.

I have low expectations for any customer service these days. AutoZone is the exception. A very helpful young man helped me pick wiper blades and then installed them for free. Needless to say, this is my go to auto parts store in Carlisle!

Excellent customer service! Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. We realized we were having some battery issues and the attendant tested our battery and replaced it immediately. He took the time to explain everything we need to know about the warranty and offered some coupons. Great experience here

Definitely go here! This is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable AutoZone locations I've ever encountered. Reinaldo was able to solve our problem quickly and efficiently and save us so much money in the process. I would absolutely recommend this location of AutoZone to all of my friends.
