Commercial Manager Colton Is Amazing. I was stuck on the side of the road not so far from their location. So i called and asked if they could deliver the necessary parts to me. Colton agreed to get the parts out to me and helped me get back on the road. I hope to bring more business to this location. Thank you

I was here in Sept looking for a part and oil for my Chevy Duramax. i asked the young kid who said his name was zander what gear oil I should use. He said he didn't know and to use whatever I used last. I asked if he could look it up up he said it wouldn't matter it wouldn't tell him. I said ok, i have a part I need i saw online it was stocked item. The older woman at the end yelled that online doesn't mean i can get it. I said ok can you look it up. Again told they're system wouldn't tell them. I have a part number, can they not look it up????? She was on her phone playing games and couldn care less and was very rude just like the kid. I asked if there was another store that would have it stocked she said no while still on her phone. Save time, go to oreillys!!!!!

My teen son stopped in needing a battery installed after his vehicle had to be jumped. The store attendant turned him away stating the store issued a heat advisory. The temperature for today was around 83 degrees today with a nice breeze. My assumption is they saw a teen and didn’t feel like doing the work to assist him.

Need to hire knowledgeable people!! Ordered a part!! Called few days later to check if it had come in! Wasn't there, be in later today! Called back few more times over next few days, always the same reply!! Finally asked what problem was with getting part!! Was told if it was ordered it will be here!! They weren't even sure if part had been ordered, after more back and forth found out part was never ordered!! Come on Auto Zone you need to train your employees better, and hold them accountable for their actions!!! Won't be back, and did alot of business with you!!!
