I stopped by the Carthage AutoZone intending only to purchase a battery and install it myself at home. However, the technician immediately offered to take care of it and said, “Let’s just knock it out,” even though it was dark and raining. Their willingness to go above and beyond while maintaining a positive attitude was truly exceeding my expectations as a customer. This level of service reflects an exceptional customer experience. The team not only provided the product I needed but also delivered genuine care, efficiency, and professionalism. It’s clear they take pride in supporting their customers, and I genuinely appreciate their outstanding service.

Always so helpful. I needed a new battery for the truck, they were super, checked old battery, confirmed need for new one, made a recommendation and then installed. Always go there for quick and reliable service.

Where do I start?!?!? Shawn the so called store manager refused to refund color match paint #383 that did not match cap color and told me I couldn’t return because it was 3/4 used trying to match it, Has one of the worst attitudes for being in management. Also informed me that they now have proper management now!! Which is a insult to former management team. Which I was part of the store opening management team……Last time to Autozone.

Last Friday I was heading south from Moyock to Rockingham and the truck had other ideas. Water pump blew out next to the AutoZone. Kevin and Shawn help me find the parts even borrow some tools to get started as dads auto mechanic came to the rescue. All a great bunch of friendly helpful folks. Thanks so much.

Everytime I come into this AutoZone store I am consistently given the best customer service. Sam and his crew are always friendly to me and my family and anytime I am in a pickle they help out the best I know they can.
