AutoZone Auto Parts

I've been there twice, i absolutely love it. This bearded man, i think maybe his name is Mark (I'm terrible with names) has helped me both times and he's fantastic. He knows exactly what you're looking for and where to find it, and also gives great advice. This store was open and available to help me find an obscure lugnut and make sure it fit my car, even though I came in shortly before close, they were so generous (advanced auto parts down the road was unhelpful for this). They also gave me a free test when i had a check engine light and gave me good advice on what to do with the problem, without upselling me.

When your car won't start, it's human nature to fear the worst. But after a couple trips to this location today, and some conversations with these nice folks, we figured out it was a simple fix to get me moving again. Thank you so much for providing such a vital service to our community. Great location!

I visited this AutoZone yesterday dealing with a turn signal issue. Most AutoZone experiences are negative, dealing with inattentive or missing staff. However this location was well staffed, and the female clerk went above and beyond to help me. I didn't catch her name, but she was very kind and courteous, definitely makes you feel comfortable handling a stressful situation such as a last minute repair. She found the parts I needed, and even guided me directly to the aisles on several occasions. I wish my local AutoZone's were more like this one.

Came to this location because it had good reviews. My car was struggling to start so I decided to get it checked out and have my battery tested and charged if possible. When I arrived, an employee was helping a customer check out their items so I stood behind the customer. After he finished up with the customer, instead of acknowledging my presence, he just walks away. I stood there for awhile as other employees walked by and around me like I was invisible. I understand if there were too busy, however, someone could've approached me and let me know that there were backed up and that someone would eventually come help me when available, yet that did not happen. After standing for awhile, the employee who initial was helping the customer check out their items, finally approached me and asked

Gave me an old two year battery that doesn’t have any charge. Customer service was lackluster and is if they didn’t care by far the worst AutoZone I’ve ever been to.
