AutoZone Auto Parts

This was my first visit to this store since there is a different auto parts store closer to my home. I will now use Auto Zone in Cross Lanes because of the service your associate Josh provided. I had recently purchased new lightbulbs for my headlights at a different auto parts store & an employee from that location installed the lights for me. The lights were very dim and not lighting the roadway well at night. Thinking I had received some faulty bulbs from the previous store, I stopped into a different chain, Auto Zone in Cross Lanes, asking to buy new bulbs for my headlights. I explained my issue and Josh asked if I’d mind if he took a look at them before I purchased new bulbs. He checked them & the bulbs hadn’t been inserted correctly at the previous auto parts store. Always helpful, friendly and store always clean. To me 5 star is not possible anywhere. Nothing is perfect. Recommend this location for all auto needs.

I was assisted by Edward Hamilton who was extremely helpful in handling my water separator filter. He even went so far as to come outside after he was off duty and helped climb under my truck and change it out. Thanks so much

This location is AMAZING, if you've had a bad experience at other locations use this one, it's been GREAT EVERY SINGLE TIME, I've interacted with anyone from this store.

If you come across Netty and/or Tim at this here autozone just know not only will you be in good hands you’ll be in the best hands. We bought a battery got it charged and bought alternator and Netty called up a friend to get it installed to boot. We are back on the road and damn grateful we came across these good folks out here.
