I had a five star experience at this AutoZone. The parts expert, Rhys, helped me pick out the perfect parts for my car… And even went all the way to help install them when I didn’t know how to. Rhys was a delight to be around and was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of my vehicle that he helped me with. I will never go to another parts store again, top class service by Rhys and the store in general!

Definitely Go Here! The manager is a mechanic and knows his stuff! He’s very well informed and saved me tons of money , time & effort! I will definitely come back here, just because this manager put in the extra effort and took care of me.

Chino was my lifesaver today. My battery died on me after a 30 minute drive into town. After being jumped off twice I came to conclusion that I must have a dead cell battery. I called and spoke to chino who informed me that my battery was still covered by warranty. He was about to leave for the day but he stayed 20 minutes after his shift had ended (and off the clock) to swap out my battery. I’ve moved to Woodleaf but I will forever make the drive to this particular store for the simple fact that they care enough to stay and make sure the job is done right. He even made it a learning experience for another employee (and myself). Thank you Chino and may your hard working ethics take you far in life!

If you own an old car from the 60s go here and ask for Bill he knows old cars and there parts don’t make the same mistake I did and go to O R and get the wrong part and it cause your car to burn all the wires up
