I can't believe a chain store this big has such poor quality products. I bought a set of wrenches, and only one socket works; once it's attached, it can't be removed. I went back to the store, and they told me it couldn't be removed. I bought a whole set of tools, and you're telling me only one part works? Are the other parts just for show? And they wouldn't let me return it, saying it had been used. How was I supposed to know it couldn't be removed without trying to attach it? That's their attitude – poor quality products and terrible customer service. Everyone should remember this lesson when buying things.

We need a steering wheel cover. There were a large selection of steering wheels covers on the shelf. The sale clerk was very helpful and friendly. The store was staffed with employees. We were waited on right away. There’s a large parking lot in front of the store.

I had to replace a fuel injector on my V6 2014 jeep wrangler. Decided to replace all six and bought a set from Auto Zone for $622.99. It took me a day to do the job, only to discover that two of the six injectors were defective. After another day of wrenching I replaced them. The peeps at Auto Zone were apologetic and exchanged bad for good under warranty. But I could have saved myself a lot of time, effort, and stress if I'd done a resistance test on the new injectors prior to installing them. Learn from my experience and save yourself hours by spending a few minutes with a multimeter. Btw, my Jeep is running great now. No engine warning light and no trouble codes!!! Diy saved me a lot of $$$

Stop by AutoZone yesterday . Friend bought a quart oil lift up his SUV hood.. and could not get the oil cap off. It was extremely tight. He was very upset cuz his light was on. I told him AutoZone people are really cool I have them put on my windshield wipers every time.. he went in, man came out with a big wreck did a hard pull and add twist it off . Thank you AutoZone for your great customer service
