I had such a great experience at AutoZone, thanks to Audrina! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely caring the entire time. I came in needing a few different car parts, and she made the whole process so easy. She walked me through everything I needed, explained each part clearly, and even double-checked to make sure everything would fit my car perfectly. You can tell Audrina really cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Her customer service was amazing — friendly, knowledgeable, and super supportive. I left with exactly what I needed and felt confident about my purchase. If you ever need help with car parts, definitely go see Audrina at AutoZone. She’s the best!

11/14/25 - arrived at auto zone in happy valley, OR Tyler & Shay were amazing! Was greeted right away and helped me with exactly what needed! This was the best customer service I’ve had in a loooong time! KUDO’s to these 2 reps!!! mahalo nui loa!!

I’ve stopped at this location many times over the years for miscellaneous things. When I was in the other day I had trouble locating some more serious items and located the nearest employee to help out. A gentleman named Jordan was polite, efficient, and knew more about what I was looking for than I did. Never good having to come return parts! I assumed he was the manager because his shirt was different than the typical red you see, but he assured me it was because he was in the commercial side of their business. With his personality and knowledge, he should be the manager! Thank you Jordan!

Always had a great experience there especially when I needed help with my Jettas wipers he helped me greatly and made it work was super helpful and knows what he is doing 👍
