The store manager and sales manager was awesome. My car battery had died across the street at the Walgreens and they were so kind to come over to the Walgreens to install it for me after being told from a competitor that they would not install for me. Im very grateful for the store manager I didnt catch her name but most grateful for Jose who ultimately did all the hard work. Thanks a bunches!

One of the best AutoZone I have ever been!!! Am not the biggest car guy, and my back blinker went out, when I went in this guy name Brandon knight came over with big smile and helped me with my issues. He solved everything professionally, and tolk time he didn't need to spend to help me out. This is now my go to store. Store 414. This guy deserves a raise.

Unfortunately, I had another negative experience with the young woman working this morning. This was the second time I’ve dealt with her, and both times she was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. While also being rude to the older gentleman she was working with. It’s especially disappointing because I usually get my parts from here. After this interaction, I went to O’Reilly’s across the street, where the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. When I mentioned a rude experience elsewhere, they immediately said, “Oh, you must have come from across the street.” I won’t be returning, but I would like to add that Brandon has always been helpful & kind, along with most of the other employees.

Very convenient but unfriendly and uninformed staff. Older clerk kept insisting my Mazda Miata was a suv and that the $31 coolant was the only one suitable for the car...I bought the jug available for $10.99 and it did the job perfectly. Younger clerk: no hello, welcome, or thank you. Also need lighting on the entrance sidewalk. It's a real safety hazard.

The service on Saint Andrews Road was awesome. I didn’t know what I needed, but Jose took his time to ensure I understood my options and help me pick the most efficient part for my car Good service is very hard these days but AutoZone has a great employee on Saint Andrews Road. Jose is ready to serve. thank you
