On 5/27/2025 after 7:00 p.m., I stopped in needing help locating and installing headlight bulbs. I walked in with my grandson and went directly to the headlight section. I couldn’t find a reference book to identify the correct bulb type. I waited in line for well over five minutes. One associate was assisting a customer, another was on their phone, and another appeared to be searching inventory. A female associate briefly glanced at me but did not greet or acknowledge us. After waiting several more minutes without assistance, we left. I crossed the street to Advance Auto Parts, where I was greeted immediately upon entering. With 8 cars in the parking lot, 3 customers inside, and 2 associates on the floor, I received help right away and purchased the bulbs there for $53. Customer acknowl

I went in for windshield wipers because I heard they would install them for me. I was the only customer at the time. There were 3 employees behind the counter. I ordered and paid for windshield wipers for front and back, then went and waited in my car. It was raining lightly that day. I went on my lunch break from work. What I thought would be a 5 minute job. Ended up taking about 30 minutes. The guy would come out. Change 1 blade, then go back in. After 10 minutes he would come back out to change another blade. And so on. I will say, the employees were all very friendly and polite. But oh, so slow! By the time I left I was just so frustrated.

Amazing!! Outstanding!! I was helped by a gentleman there that even checked my car twice to make sure he was selling me the correct things.

Extremely expensive, insultingly expensive. Sell a bunch of cheap overpriced junk. The kid kept patronizing me calling me "bossman". Never going back.
