I want to give a huge shoutout to Steven R. from AutoZone store #338 on George W. Liles Parkway in Concord, NC. Steven provided incredibly fast, professional service and genuinely cared about making sure I got the correct headlight part, not just a quick sale. He took the time to double-check everything and showed real concern that the part was right for my vehicle, which is something you rarely see these days. That level of attention and pride in his work truly stands out. Steven is the kind of associate that represents AutoZone in the best way possible and deserves some type of recognition or incentive. 2 star review has NOTHING to do with the employees at the location. This is with autozone as a company. I would also like to add. I have been a mechanic for over 20 years. Been a loyal customer for about 15 years, and I have thousands of dollars worth of warranty parts with this company. I chose this brand over one of their competitors due to the customer service, availability, and willingness to take the next step for customer. In the past 5 or so years, all that has gone out the window. They are over priced, the parts are subpar, and they are unwilling to provide the service they advertise. "Life time warranty" means nothing if the part is not in stock. Cant exchange it unless your drive to another location. They will make you drive across 2 town for over 20 miles because "another man

Autozone handle my return easily and professionally. I had my receipt to help make the return a breeze. Great customer service.

Mason is a great person. Saw I had some confusion on the fuses i bought for my car; came out to inspect my car immediately, saw that I had bought the wrong ones and immediately swapped them out. He then came out to re-read the diagram to ensure that everything was correct. Great guy overall.

Needed a new battery for sons car. The staff was great and helped install the new battery. He even gave my son a quick lesson on how to do it himself safely. Also gave him a quiz on how to check fluid levels.
