Check engine light came on in my car while traveling and the employee that helped me, I believe his name was Matthew, was extremely helpful. He ran diagnostics and gave me his opinion on what could be wrong, and helped me figure out if it was something I could fix on my one. Once it was determined I could not do it myself, he gave me the number for a mechanic that he trusted. I felt very lucky to have his assistance. Thank you, Matthew, much appreciated!

I ran in real quick to get some thing and I didn’t take enough cash inside with me, but the worker that was helping me gave me a discount so that I could get when I went after for the money I had with me! 😁 She rocked! Just goes to show you they don’t have to charge you what they do. They can offer discount discounts. I mean I’m assuming.

This is Charlie Smith from this AutoZone location. Here, he’s working on my car in his home garage, after hours, at 1AM. I was traveling from Tennessee to Michigan for Thanksgiving when my alternator gave way. Luckily, I was able to roll the vehicle into AutoZone where Charlie was able to help me purchase a new alternator for my vehicle. My pesky Ford Escape kept giving me grief and he offered to work on my vehicle after he clocked out at 9PM.
