I went to the Coventry store on Tiogue today and want to mention that the staff was friendly and helpful. The front counter staff kept their composure as there was a grumpy man with rotten comments towards them for no reason. Also Austin who changed my battery was great, knowledgeable and so nice even with it being freezing.. -20 degrees out. Great staff and than you.

Russ was very informative and helpful! I ran here because I decided to test a rusted nut and bolt and it snapped stuck onto the socket. Russ not only freed the nut from the socket he informed me on how to prevent something like this from happening and pointed out the correct set to buy. Glad I went to this autozone!

Sean was a wonderful associate helping with a car battery. He really knows the products well in the store. Thank you, Sean and hope you have a wonderful holiday season. You are an asset to the store.

I got to give a big shout out to a guy named Russ!!! Absolutely went above and beyond when I needed a battery for my car! He was very patient in trying to ease it my old battery and installing a new one! Best customer service and overall amazing human-being!!! Thank you Russ for taking such good care of me!

Must be Auto Zone's speciality to literally have their workers stand and stare at you before getting helped. The girl with dyed hair ignored me and walked out to go on break. You could say "Hi, someone will be there to help you shortly." At least acknowledge customers instead of staring down at them. Very rude. You people make it hard for me to pick up my car parts. I am sick and tired of this! I get it. Nobody wants to work at a retail store but I just wanted to pick up my car parts in peace.
