⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Heather at AutoZone is absolutely outstanding. Every time I come in, she’s attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ll be the first to admit I’m pretty much car-illiterate, but Heather never makes me feel that way. She takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure I leave with exactly what I need. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly goes the extra mile for customers, but Heather consistently does. Her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help really stand out. Because of employees like her, AutoZone continues to be my go-to place when I need anything for my car. Thank you, Heather, for the excellent service!

Dusty went above and beyond helping us figure out that we needed a new battery. Many people might’ve been discouraged when the first one we tried was defective and did not work, but she was very patient and installed another battery and everything is perfect? Thank you so much, Dusty!

I truly appreciate AutoZone management Jeff and Heather!! Jeff took care of checking my original battery, heating system as well as my alternator! Both battery and alternator were signaling fail. Jeff sold and installed me a new battery!! The POINT OF THIS STORY is that, coming in 15min before closing and getting this type of service is rare!! Dusty and Jeff were extremely helpful and took a lot of intentional time to help us out with the issue on our car. They were very knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate in the midst of finding a solution and were eager to see the end result turn out positive.

My car was having trouble last night and I pulled in at 9:45pm not knowing they closed at 9 and Heather was so welcoming and still helped me despite them being closed. I kept apologizing but she was so sweet and kept assuring me she did not mind at all. Thank you Heather and autozone!!
