I was attacked by a manager, he was having an attitude and messed my order up so I told him he’s useless at his job and I’ll just put it back he came behind the counter and assaulted me. Then called the police and said I was trying to steal even after I gave him the products after assaulting me and threatening to stab me. No charges were pressed and he admitted to the cops ge reacted bad because he thought I was trying to steal but they guy never said hey stop hey what are you doing nothing I turned around to put the items in the center isle and he just attacked me

Called in today to get some help with an online order that was not delivered. Got Chris on the phone who almost immediatly interupted me while i was telling him what was going on. He did not listen to me or what i needed the entire time and kept talking over me when i would try and explain what i needed. He eventually said that he had a store full of customers, and needed to go. Am i not a customer? When i asked for corporates number to try and track down the package, he continued to interupt me and tell me he dosnt have acess to that information. I asked several more times before he reluctantly told me what it was. I dont understand how you work in customer service yet hate helping people so much.
