AutoZone Auto Parts

Esteban Melgar who is a sales associate at this branch was harassing and shaking down my business with a pitch of him finding "things that are wrong with my web page" but that he can fix them, because I guess he thinks Autozone makes him somehow an expert at this? When I turned him down he and 4 of his friends started leaving bad reviews for my business on Google and he was doing it while on Autozones payroll. I am in touch with corporate, more specifically Ken Jaycox who is head of customer satisfaction to see what action can be taken including criminal and civil litigation.

Huge thank you to Daniel! He helped install my battery in the winter freezing cold. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. My go to is the advance auto parts nearby and decided to stop by here and will continue to come here for any needs. Thank you so much!!

At 8:50 we called after our battery wouldn't jump. They close at 9. Two employees stayed late to ensure we got a battery when no one else in town was willing. We were an hour away from home and it made all the difference. Great customer service and very much appropriciated!!

I had very good experience with sales associates at this location. They helped me quickly exchanging wrong part that I purchased.

I want to give the benefit of doubt but I went here once and I will be taking my business to advance auto parts every time. I went in for a oil drain bolt and the employee looked it up for me and said that he doesn’t know what part number it is but that they had a bunch of plugs in the back of the store and I could go check it out myself. Maybe he was having a bad day, but in retail you need to be on it with every customer.
