Excellent service at AutoZone. They helped me with the replacement of my car battery, and despite the problems that came up, they never gave up until everything was fully resolved. I want to give special thanks to Samantha and Charles. Both were extremely professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. Their attitude and dedication made the whole experience much better than expected. Highly recommended — customer service like this really makes a difference.

I had a great experience! The customer service and care I received were excellent from start to finish. Charles was super friendly! He took the time to show me everything and clearly explained what I needed and was able to show me! He made sure I was completely taken care of and that everything went smoothly. He checked my battery, my starter, and my alternator to make sure I was good to go. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive he was. Overall, his service was outstanding! Incredibly professional, kind, and super attentive. Highly recommend!

Charles helped me with my battery as efficiently and effectively as possible. We lost a bolt on the way, and he gave me one on the house. He anlso explained the warranty on the battery better than anyone has in my 4+ years visiting this location. 10/10
