Stopped by the AutoZone on the Beltline in Decatur while in a hurry and had a smooth, efficient experience. I wasn’t able to take any photos, but the store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Bryan, who was working behind the counter, was quick to help me find exactly what I needed and get me back on the road without wasting any time. It was a true grab-and-go stop, and the helpful service made all the difference. Fast, organized, and reliable when you need it most.

Really helpful staff. They were happy to run the scanner on my vehicle and provide repair options.

Mateo at the university drive and sunrise location providing excellent customer service to us! He went above and beyond to help us, was kind, patient and answered all of our questions.

So thankful for Bo, the manager. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He did a free check on my SUV, found the problem and fixed it within an hour. He went out of his way to help. I will definitely be going back to this AutoZone, on Beltline Rd. from now on. He didn't BS me, or make me feel like I didn't know what I was doing. Or try to sell me things I didn't need. Last week around 7:00 pm I had issues with my hood on my car .after checking my oil .. I was so upset as I was attempting to return to Bham .alone with my beloved pup with me . When I went into Auto Zone for oil … Your employee ..’ William “was an absolute Angel to me .. he not only came outside put my oil in for me ..He also went a step further and insured my hood was shut and safe to continue my drive back to Bham ! What an awesome young man and employee you have representing your company !! Thank you , William 🤗
