AutoZone Auto Parts

As always, a convenient place to pickup fluids for the truck. Even though they were a bit pricey, they did have what I required. The staff was professional and helpful. The store has handicap parking and the shelves inventory was well stocked. I recommend going here.

My daughter thought she might need oil in her car so we stopped at AutoZone. The employee was excellent, checking the oil and suggesting we get an additional oil after showing my daughter the level on the dipstick. From the pssenger seat, with the hood up, I could see him check the oil correctly. He was very pleasant and professional. AutoZone usually has great employees.

I came by a few Wednesdays ago to get a new battery for my Chevy. Both gentleman working up front were kind and easy to work with-- they tag teamed checking my battery, selling me a new one, and then installing at no extra charge. It saved me a headache of figuring out when to install it myself! To top it off, they helped me out with a discount because it was so dang cold. It was quick, easy, and pleasant. Many thanks to those two! Feb. 19th I think? No problems with my car starting since, all glory to Jesus :D It's the little things which make the biggest difference in customer experience.
