Generally they are helpful, even if you do have to wait a while and mostly that's through their chit chatting with other customers, but the last couple of times were disappointing. They weren't very helpful and seemed annoyed at my questions. They wouldn't double check the part I was buying (I had looked it up online with my vin) the first time and it turned out to be the wrong part. When I went back to exchange it I also needed screws and they wouldn't check to see if they had the ones I needed, they said to come back with the screw from my car and they'd check against the actual screw. So, drive without a needed screw in place? I asked what the part was called to order from somewhere else since they didn't want to help me. Horrible customer service so-called supervisor. Albert says his manager is in a meeting. And that he is a supervisor have a part under warranty that the part has to be paid for or bringing in defected part for them to order new one I have never heard of a store that cannot order a part if it’s under warranty to have it replaced 5/29/25
