AutoZone Auto Parts

My van is ready for a camping trip tomorrow, so I checked the oil and tire pressure pressures. But when I started it, the check engine light came on. I took it to AutoZone to do a scan and it showed my battery was good but needed a charge. Zach was more than helpful and I was out of there within 20 minutes with a quality charger. I’ve never used one before and he showed me what to do. Thanks, Zach, you made my day!

Asked the guy at the register to come identify the broken part on my truck. Not only did he say he wouldn’t know what the part was and couldn’t help…he told me he wasn’t allowed more than 5 feet from the front door. Think about how stupid that sounds. Go to O’Reilly’s.

Dave helped me pull off and re-attach a wheel cover that was put on incorrectly and was pressing on the side of my valve stem - He was pleasant to interact with and very helpful.

A bit stranded with a headlight out, getting super dark and I had to drive back home to Pagosa. Zach was so helpful seriously and even installed the lightbulb for me to get home safely. Seriously, thank you because my husband is back at home and I was very nervous about doing all that!!

Durango staff are amazing, always friendly and helpful. I am in frequently and due to work it's usually right before close and even tho I'm sure they're ready to go home they always take care of me with a smile and they never rush me. Appreciate you guys and girls. Its also a bonus that they play good music.
