I was having battery trouble. I stopped by Autozone and spoke with a gentleman named Tom Zepka. I thank God that I received his help. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. This world needs more Toms. Fantastic employee and got me back on the road. Thank you Autozone for having this man as your employee.

Went there to replace a battery. Asked at the desk for help and "employee of the Month" (should be!) Robert Ramirez came out to help! After replacing battery he noticed that the serpentine belt was shredded and that the belt tensioner was cracked and not working. Well after some good advice and lending me some shop tools this man saved the day! He wasn't able to help change the serpentine belt and tensioner 😉 but with a 6 minute video even you can be a YouTube professional!

Austin is a great employee at your store! I needed a headlight, he helped me find the right one for my car. He even put it in for me and made sure it was working correctly. His customer service was amazing. I really appreciated his help!

The gentleman there, I believe his name was Austin was amazing. It was below zero out with the windchill and he insisted on changing out my wiper blades for me and also would not accept a tip, since (and I did not know) they are not allowed to accept. An outstanding worker, which we need many many more like these days. He takes pride in what he does. Great Job!!

Dan Z , at the Ebensburg store was wonderful! He happily helped me with my problem. I wanted to give him a tip for being so nice, but he refused. There are still good people around, and he is one of them!
