My car battery was completely dead, and I was stressed about being stuck. The manager, Cesar Silva, helped me immediately and had my car running again in less than five minutes. He was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. His customer service went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate how quickly he solved my problem. Thank you, Cesar, for the excellent help I will definitely be coming back to this AutoZone.

Boy oh boy what a day it was yesterday but thank the Lord for the employees and Manager at this location. Ramon Soto and Cesar were awesome and I received truly great customer service yesterday which is a rare thing these days. With all the construction to the roadways it is inevitable that you will get some kind of damage to your tires. This happened to me and I must have run over one of those big roadway nails and my tire immediately started to deflate so I was able to make it to this AutoZone before it completely deflated and Ramon and Cesar came to the rescue plugged my tire at no charge so that I was able to make it home in Central El Paso. What a relief, thank you so much Ramon and Cesar, may God bless you both. 😊

I am very grateful for the amazing staff that Autozone (3067), especially Alberto Ramos. He offered great customer service by explaining the process and giving me advice for my truck. Alberto going beyond his way like always offered to help not on clock to fix my breaks. He did an amazing job and provided excellent service. I wanna recognize him as one of a kind employee who is willing to satisfy his customers in any posible way. Moved to the area recently and have made this my Autozone go to. Alberto Ramos has always been helpful and gone out of his way to help. He has helped me on more than one occasion. Autozone needs more staff like him.

David R. Tested my car battery and showed me it was not good, He found my warranty and even helped me remove the old one and replace it with a new one . Everything was fast and easy. The dude was prepared and knew what he was doing . Employees like this make choosing auto zones better than other autopart stores
