3 minute phone call to confirm website availability was accurate. Then asked them to hold the items, because there was only 1 in stock, was told they would but when I got there they hadn't. No big deal since I was 30 minutes away. But if it was a few hours, or after work, and I got there to find they had been sold, I wouldn't have been happy.

Purchased two windshield wipers at 7:15 pm. Asked one the the workers behind the customer service desk if they could help install it and without looking up the guy said he was “too backed up.” Again, it was 7:15 and they close at 8 pm.

Spencer goes above and beyond to make sure I have what I need for my commercial orders. Also well deserved promotion for Alexis/Alex . They continue to keep in touch with me and check in to make sure I have what I need. With the support I have there my sales with them have grown year over year where I had around $24,000 in purchases on my commercial account. I hope the store never loses its skillful staff as that what makes it my go to . - Just fix in garage

I recently visited the AutoZone in Elkton and received exceptional customer service. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I found what I needed especially Alex, he was great. The expertise and willingness to help made my shopping experience truly outstanding. I highly recommend this location for anyone seeking excellent customer service.

I just left the Autozone Elkton store after standing in the checkout waiting area where the employee bypassed me and took two men that walked up after me. Another employee was helping a lady that repeatedly had to go back and forth to her car for various reasons. He just stood there and waited for her return each time instead of checking me out. It was so exasperating because I am very apparently handicapped and have trouble standing. I will never return to to an Autozone store again. This was not the only time this has happened to me at this store!
