"I was surprised to see an employee by the name of Micky, that's what they called him, working without proper AutoZone attire yesterday evening. As a former manager at another retail store, I look at this from a liability and service standpoint: if an employee isn't identifiable, they aren't helpful. I stood around waiting for help while the employee stood nearby in civilian clothes. It’s a bad look for the store and makes the shopping experience confusing for everyone. Management needs to enforce the dress code.

About a month ago, called looking for replacement hubcaps for a chevy spark. they said they had compatible ones. I went to the store, and they didn't ones that screwed onto the lug nuts liked I asked over the phone, instead they sold ones that had a ring in them and had to rest inside the wheel. So we gave them a shot due to them old ones being damaged. Everything went fine for about two weeks, then we started loosing the hub caps after hitting several potholes in the charleston areas at very low speeds. I even took the car to an garage, to have the cheap plastic ones reinstalled, and they came out the next day. Switch and bait, overpriced, poor quality. Can't recommend their replacement hubcaps so buyer beware.

Curtious employees and quality parts at a good value. Recommend highly over advance any day.

broke down on the way to KY, camper in tow. Kole was so wonderful went above and beyond helping us, found the starter at another store, arranged for pickup, even offered his own truck and crawled on the ground with us. Couldn’t find a nicer young man. Shout out to him and his family who raised a truly wonderful human.

Great place! Like that a female works there, always makes me feel comfortable. Whitney always gets the right parts I need! Needed a battery and she changed it for me in no time! Whitney is so nice!
