He said no and continued to use too much force it snapped on the windshield. He managed to hurt himself. And then cracked the arm of the wiper. I called him out on breaking it. And he proceeded to say it was no big deal and it still worked. Then called me ungrateful for a free service and called me emotional for getting mad. Said he would glue the cracked part back on. Took it out of my hand and tossed it in the trash. Then said I never gave it to him and I must of dropped it. But the end of this interaction I was so infuriated. The lack of accountability. I don’t recommended ever having them to

Employees were kind and super helpful at the Everett location. Mind you I was there at 8am and the employees were super cheerful and made my shopping quick and easy. These people are amazing. Especially Dina, she helped me today. She was super nice and helpful. She helped me find the antifreeze tank that was hiding in my car and even helped me pour in the product. Thank you so much for your help and support with my car and coming out in the frigid cold.

Man Eric, whose last name I don't know, has long hair and is great! He gets customers in and out quickly. He’s definitely an asset to the team. This is a busy location. Give that man an additional bonus, it looks like he was the only one working he's a machine!

I had a wonderful experience with AutoZone. Ed help me out with the headlight bulbs and he really did a great job. That’s I call a customer first service.

My experience at AutoZone Everett was amazing. It was such a pleasure to meet Ed and he was able to figure out what was wrong with my car. He was very patient and resilient. He took the time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to help customers. I am glad someone like Ed works there.
