Man let me tell you what!!! Thank GOD for this store and for manager in training, Leroy! My battery wasn’t holding a charge on a Monday morning while I was trying to get my daughter to school and me to work. I pulled up, my battery was assessed, and replaced. And this wasn’t a regular battery, it was the MOST challenging to get to. But, Leroy took the time to make it happen and he certainly could’ve said “no” and “you need to go to the dealership.” But, he didn’t! Not only did he save me money and time, he is just an overall good person and in this day and age, that’s something I don’t take for granted. What a way to start a Monday! Thank you, Leroy!

I’ve been visiting this AutoZone since moving to Fairburn, GA, and the customer service has been consistently outstanding. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. I want to give a special shout-out to Ihsan C. I’m not sure of his exact role, but he has been here for quite some time, and his professionalism never wavers—no matter the situation. He truly represents the company with honor and sets a strong example for new and junior team members. Highly recommend this location!

Manager (had an accent) extremely rude. Computer stated they had 2 of the particular parts needed (Rainex Wipers ) $23.99+tx Associate goes to look for them only to bring 1 to the counter. She stated, " I looked everywhere... even Overstock an I couldn't find the 2nd one we have according to the system." So I asked if she could call the Manager over to see if he could give a discount of the next highest price $32.99+tax (5) in stock to the price point of the 2nd highest $23.99 in stock priced wiper I was originally purchasing the system said they had two of. In a very condescending manner stated, " If I give you a discount I would have to give the entire store a discount. You either purchase the one we have or you leave with nothing." I definitely did not expect a person with such a title

. So my dad and I went in for a battery for my car around 7:00 p.m. he was greeted with the manager Maranda. He requested that if she could put the battery in. She responded with a don’t piss me off today. Her response completely shocked my father but he just wanted to get the install. He begged and pleaded with her to put it in after she said she didn’t want to do. He had to beg her to put it I . He had on his work uniform and her response was you work there and you don’t know how to put a battery on? Listen no one should have to be talked to like to receive service that the company provides. If you don’t like your job and can’t uphold the expectations then get another jobs don’t worry I’ll be reposting this however many times it’s deleted. Also, I reported this to the regional office, I
