AutoZone Auto Parts

I was very excited to see the opening of this new store near me. It is a modern store with a great selection. I have been there 8-10 times since the opening. However, I purchased 8 spark plugs at $13.99 per plug yesterday, but was charged for 10 plugs. When I returned for a refund the employee did not apologize whatsoever but acted like I was a bother. As I left the store he did not say "have a nice day" or "come back to see us". It would be nice to feel like my business was appreciated. There are other options here in Fairfield.

I want to give a shout out Ricky at the AutoZone in Fairfield he was really really helpful today I thought I had a Phillip heads screwdriver in my toolbox and I didn't I went in the building and asked hey do y'all have a Phillip head screwdriver the people at the front went and looked in two different places they didn't have one so Ricky went outside to his personal truck toolbox and pulled out and pulled out a Phillips head screwdriver I was replacing the air filter on my 2025 Chevrolet Trax he went above and beyond to help me today so y'all need to think Ricky I'm not sure what his last name is I just know his name is Ricky I want to give him a 10 out of 10 that is really good customer service and I believe he is a manager at that AutoZone y'all have a nice day and thank you the Fairfiel

I visited to AutoZone in Fairfield Texas and found 2 of the most helpful and knowledgeable guys that I have me in a lone time. Both went out of their way to get me exactly what I needed. I was Impressed especially considering my purchase was inexpensive.
