I want to thank a red shirt named William Ochoa, he is certified at doing windshield wiper blades, headlights, getting check engine codes and installing batteries. He did all of these services for me without an issue. He even shared his story about growing up poor and the journey he took to get where he's at. Hes currently attending UTI striving for a certification. I can tell from how formal he was that hes going to be a well trusted mechanic in the future. Great employee, highly recommend him when you arrive to this store.

This employee named William installed a headlight bulb on my car in which he took out the whole valve cover and front bumper of the car. Im not sure what he was doing but I liked him, he was very enthusiastic and helpful. At the end, I waited 5 hours which was worth the time. Best Autozone in NJ!

this employee named William is a great man, he helped me out with a scanner for my check engine light, He was an honest gentleman and had a great conversation with him as hes an inspiring mechanic. I highly recommend him if you need your headlight or battery done. Look for him if you need this service done, he also recommended me to eat at the chinese place next door, great food! Hopefully he gets a raise!

I love this store, a worker named William helped me start my car. It wasnt working at first and I thought my engine died but I got my car to drive and I brought it to autozone at fairview where I was greeted by a young manly guy named William, he brought out this huge jump starter that looked really heavy but he had the muscles to lift it for me. Now im not that old of a lady but he lifted it all the way to my car to have it checked out, turns out my battery was dead. He then changed the battery for me and he refused my tip saying "its for the love of the game" what a nice guy, I highly say you go look for him!

Today, I went to the store to buy a new battery, I tried to buy all my automotive products from AutoZone. I was there at 7:30 when they opened, and the very unpleasant manager, Sabrina, told me that they could not install the battery till 9 AM. She had a small number of tools that were inadequate to do the job, so ultimately I ended up installing the battery myself. I will make sure in the future that I never purchase products from this store again. Note to AutoZone, if you’re looking at these reviews, you can do much better than this manager, and she’s not just an employee. She’s the store manager, and was not interested whatsoever in helping.
