Was in and out super fast. Very friendly and helpful people every time I come here. This time, I came in needing a simple little portable tool kit for a small repair job. Members showed me promptly to where they were and gave me advice to best products and pricing as well for my needs. Great management as well in this place. Any time I have had any issues in the past, Store Manager Victor, has resolved it every time with no issues.👍

I had a great Experience at this AutoZone in Farmersville. I was greeted as soon as I came into the store. Jesus Collas tested my battery and told me it was bad battery. Jesus informed me that the battery I had in my vehicle was the wrong one. He sold me the correct battery and installed it for me I was in and out of the store within 15mins. I am a happy customer. Thanks again Jesus and Team.

On 3/31/25 around 6p.m. I took my Duralast platinum battery (2018 Honda Accord Touring) in for replacement it was under warranty (4years) they replaced it no questions asked. I gave them my phone number to look me up. They installed it for me. Great customer service. The young girl that works there was super helpful and knowledgeable. She’s a great asset to that store and company.
