AutoZone Auto Parts

My battery went out today in the parking lot. Jakob was AWESOME and he got me a new battery AND helped me get everything changed over. I appreciate everything he did! His customer service was great.He held a conversation with me and didn't make me feel uncomfortable and made sure everything was working before we went on our way!!!

I want to personally thank Dani at AutoZone for an outstanding show of customer service. In this day and age where it's a hit or miss to what kind of service you will receive. I was so pleased with her patience and going the extra effort to help me with my battery and dealing with the Honda dealership that was less than helpful at first. You are a definite asset to AutoZone.

Tyrell is the best! The manager of the store was very helpful as well. We bought a serpentine belt from another Autozone but couldn’t exchange it so we came to this location (3545 E Main St, Farmington, NM 87402) to see if they could help us. Tyrell took an extra step and found out they have a belt tensioner kit instead of purchasing parts separately. So we were able to return the belt and exchange it for the kit 🥰 I’m so thankful for his assistance and I highly recommend this autozone. They are the best location in Farmington

I really appreciated the woman in the shop this morning 7/17/25. She was so kind and understanding of my situation and took EXTRA time to make sure I was comfortable with what she was showing me. I appreciated her empathy and willingness to help explain what i didnt understand. The purchase i made was exactly what i needed to get peace of mind. Thanks!
