10000000000% recommend this store! I’m from Wyoming, we went down to DIA to pick up a kid from there late Sunday Dec 29th, started our journey back home that night. I googled closest parts store to test the battery. It was between o’Reilly or AutoZone on Firestone blvd. So we rolled into AutoZone an hr before closing. The lady and young gentleman working went up and beyond. They could have easily said all we can help you with is the parts and washed their hands of us. But neither did! Come to find out it was my alternator that was toast. They checked on us, let us use their tool cart. The lady stayed an hour after their closing time!! She didn’t have to but she chose to stay. We ended up replacing my alternator in my car in two hours and was able to make it home back to Wyoming. Their pos

Had to share. I've been to this store often, usually an acceptable experience. I need a battery today. I called ahead and asked if they had someone available to install it (they usually do, but just checking before a drive a car over with a dead battery). They did. I jumped the car and drove over (3 miles at most). I walked in and asked the lady at the register if I could purchase and have someone install a battery. She said no. I explained I had spoken to someone on the phone who said otherwise. She grabbed another lady, the manager, who said yes, and proceeded to let me choose a battery. She looked and said "this one will work". She ran to get someone to pull one and I noticed several cheaper if she just scrolled down the page which had searched for my make and model. Oh well,

I received excellent service from Kay when I went to get my battery tested and then replaced. If it wasn’t for her I would have been in quite a pickle. I highly recommend this Auto Zone store. It is blessing that there’s good people like Kay in this world and this Auto Zone store is lucky to have her as an employee. I have been to Auto Zones in the past that were not as pleasant so I was hesitant to come but, in the end was more than impressed with the service.

Quiet store. Good place for auto parts. Had what I needed with no wait time. The clerk went above and beyond to help me. He even carried the battery out to the car for me. Excellent service.

EXALENT SERVICE VERY HELPFUL READ MORE Jeramiah helped me with a licence plate cover. I wanted a durable one for my Honda civic. He showed me one that was indeed very heavy duty. I had trouble mounting it and my tag because the OEM backing that the tag screws onto is Funky. The problem was the car. The product was very good. Back to the store, he went out to my car to mount the first cover. He discoved what was blocking the attaching. Back in store showed me the 2nd tuff cover. I liked it. He mounted it for me, was very friendly and helpful. I got $5 back and drove away happy!
