SO HELPFUL! Adrian (sp) figured out what our issue was, sold us a new gas cap and had us back on the road in no time. It was extremely hot outside so we very much appreciated his knowledgeable and efficient assistance! Thanks to AutoZone's rewards program, the part cost us less than a dollar. We were blessed to find a store so close to I-20.

At around 8pm on 6/15/24, I walked into thion 6/15/24 @ 8pm in walked into autozone in Forest, MS 39074 to get a belt for a lawn mower. The first associate i saw was sweeping the floor and looked at my confused when I asked for a belt. The manager then came out the back and asked what I needed. I explained to her the width and length belt I needed. She then answered the phone in the middle of our interaction. Once she hung up, she told me I would have to wait while she checked out other customers because "she was not required to look that up". All the time the other associate was just sweeping the floor. It is UNACCEPTABLE to tell a customer your not required to help them. It's a belt. Last I checked, autozone sells belts. It's also unacceptable for an associate to just sweep the same spot

I've been frequenting this store for 15 years great staff, couldn't ask for a better team; Mike, Tanya, And David... Only problem I have lately, is the prices changes weekly and never for the better. Why are the prices so high now???

Thank you to Cynthia who helped my wife out in a difficult situation today. She went above and beyond to serve a customer and should be commended for her customer service, attentiveness, and compassion.

I advice everyone not to go there. They never have what you need. Always say I can order it. Hell I can order it too. So I shop online from now on. Very poor service. Need to hire more mechanically incline employees.
