I received outstanding customer service from Jalen! His knowledge and professionalism was top-notch from the moment I entered the store. I stopped by the store to replace my windshield wipers and I noticed my car was leaking fluid and I wasn't sure where the leak from coming from. He assisted me with the wipes I needed and after purchasing the new wipers, he asked me if I needed someone to install them and I said yes. He walked outside to my car and said ma'am it looks your car is leaking fluid. ( He noticed the leak before I had a chance to ask him about it.) After he installed the wipes, he said ma'am do you mind if I check under hood.
