Wonderful customer service, the very best I’ve ever seen, they helped me, I cannot remember all of there names, but one and I’m so sorry for that, the one name I remember is John, he can point the others out, he helped me out so well! He stayed with me and helped me along with his other 2 coworkers and her brother! Her brother was outstanding as well! He got me back on the road again! John put my new battery in! Thank you all! Normaly i go here for all my parts. They have everything most of the time. Had to order for me a few times.

I had called and needed a part 20 min before they closed Christian ford I believe is what his name was, is who answered and helped me I happen to live 35+ min not only did he sell me the correct part I needed he stayed after hours to make sure I received it! Couldn’t ask for better service!!

It says open until 10, and you're not. I drove across town to get here and its lights out. I wasted 45 minutes of driving.. Extremely frustrating..... how will you fix this? PLEASE ADVISE

I had a fuse blown in my diesel heater. I didn't know there was a fuse, but with a lot of attention and listening 2 people spent a quit a bit of time to help.. THANK YOU TO A NEW associate Triston And Manager Tyran for knowing your stuff..I am back on the road.. THANKS GUYS, I WON'T FREEZE NOW!!!
